What is your rescheduling/cancellation policy?

Cancellations and Rescheduling: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS. If you are unable to make your appointment and you let us know AT LEAST 48 hours in advance, we can give you 100% CREDIT towards rescheduling with us on a later date. If it is within 48 hours of your appointment, you will get a 50% credit towards rescheduling at a later date.

ALL THE RAGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER OR TRAFFIC DELAYS. Please be sure you leave with PLENTY of time to allow for delays, including if you are traveling from out of town. We can NOT move your appointment if you are running late, please make sure you are on time!

When booking your time slot for your experience, be aware that is your actual time alotted for your session. 
 
All the Rage is not responsible for traffic, weather, that one friend that's always late.
 
If you are traveling from outside of the Lafayette area, it is your responsibilty to arrive on time for your session. There will be no refunds if you are running late or don't show up.
 
For example: You book a session from 1:00pm-1:30pm and you show up at 1:20pm, you will have until 1:30pm to attend your session, no exceptions.

Painting and name signing is only allowed in the designated painting and black light area. Any painting/signing that occurs outside of the designated area will incur a repair fee.

Purposely throwing paint at anything other than the provided room and canvas is strictly prohibited. Anyone purposely causing damages will be subject to immediate ejection from the facility and be held responsible for damages.
We use black lights and uv paint! 
Clean up sink in restrooms. You can wash hands and face, please no "Sponge baths"
Free use of our brushes
Paint is heavy bodied tempera and will wash off your body in a shower, but may stain clothing. 
We have ponchos and safety glasses for purchase that we strongly recommend if you are concerned with getting messy. Although we do have a sink, it is not possible to get all paint off in there.
Do not use any water in the splatter Box, this is vandalism as it damages the walls, floors, and electrical. We are not a water fight facility.
Canvas designs use less paint. "Paint throwing" can use more paint. 
Move! Dance, jump get loud. But please NO RUNNING.

Please no early arrivals for group bookings.

HOW DO/CAN I PAY?

Participants are able to pay online via our website for any axe throwing time slots provided on a first come, first serve basis.  If you do not pre-purchase, we cannot guarantee space for your group.  We can take payment on site via credit card.

DO I NEED A RESERVATION/CAN I WALK IN?

We are by appointment only, so you will need to book in advance. We do not reserve spots without payment.

ARE CANVASES INCLUDED?

Yes! each package includes a canvas for each paying guest. Cancas sizes vary for each package and upgrades are available.

All sales are final.  If you would like to reschedule, email us at info@alltherage-room.com with your order number and we MAY be able to reschedule you. (fees may apply)

CAN MY KIDS PARTICIPATE/WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE?

Splatter paint is fun for all ages. We don't recommend splatter painting for children younger than 3 years of age. You know your child best so be sure you think about whether or not splatter paint is right for you and your family.

DO YOU HAVE MEETING/HANG OUT SPACE?

Yes we do offer a space for splatter party packages!    Email us at info@alltherage-room.com regarding private events and space reservations.

CAN I THROW PAINT BY MYSELF OR WITH A DATE?

Yes you can! just pick your package accordingly.

IS YOUR SPACE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes it is!  Our facility is fully ADA compliant.

WHAT KIND OF PAINT DO YOU USE?

We use water bases, non toxic, tempura paints. All of our paints glow under UV light. Even though our paints are water based, they may still stain clothing. Please be sure to keep this in mind when choosing your clothing. We do offer ponchos and safety glasses for purchase if you choose.

When can I bring my painting home?

You can take them home immediately. We do allow paintings to stay at the Rage Room to allow time to dry, HOWEVER, We can only store them for 30 days. Once that time has passed, due to space constraints, we will have to dispose of them. So be sure to take them home on the day or make arrangements to pick them up before your 30 day deadline.
