Cancellations and Rescheduling: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS. If you are unable to make your appointment and you let us know AT LEAST 48 hours in advance, we can give you 100% CREDIT towards rescheduling with us on a later date. If it is within 48 hours of your appointment, you will get a 50% credit towards rescheduling at a later date.

ALL THE RAGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER OR TRAFFIC DELAYS. Please be sure you leave with PLENTY of time to allow for delays, including if you are traveling from out of town. We can NOT move your appointment if you are running late, please make sure you are on time!

When booking your time slot for your experience, be aware that is your actual time allotted for your session.

All the Rage is not responsible for traffic, weather, that one friend that's always late.

If you are traveling from outside of the Lafayette area, it is your responsibility to arrive on time for your session. There will be no refunds if you are running late or don't show up.

For example: You book a session from 1:00pm-1:30pm and you show up at 1:20pm, you will have until 1:30pm to attend your session, no exceptions.

There is absolutely no hitting of our walls, doors, ceiling or floors. If you are caught purposely destroying any of these, you will be asked to leave and repair fees will be immediately due.

Name signing after your session is only allowed in the designated black light area . Any signing that occurs outside of the designated area will incur a repair fee.

Yes, all rooms, packages and parties must be booked in advance. We are by appointment only. We recommend booking at least two days in advance if you have a specific time slot and date in mind.

You MUST wear closed toed shoes! We suggest wearing something casual and comfortable. Jeans and a shirt work great! We provide coveralls (they go over your clothing) and all of your safety gear to use during your session.

You will not be allowed into our rage room without closed toed shoes and no refund will be given.

All of our safety gear are disenfected after each session.

We ask that everyone arrives at least 10 early. This is for your own benefit. That time will give you a chance to use the bathroom, check in at our front desk, turn in waivers, and go through a short introduction with one of our staff members.

Absolutely not, there is no food or beverage of any kind (alcoholic or not) allowed inside the Rage Room. We reserve the right to refuse anyone who appears to be under the influence. There will be no refunds or rescheduling. ​

Packages are provided for singles, date nights, birthdays, team building, bachelor and bachelorette parties or any other celebrations. Over 60% of those participating are women. It is believed that many women who traditionally haven’t had the opportunities or permission to release their frustrations like men often do.

Although, we love our beloved furry friends, All the Rage does not allow pets inside the building. But as we grow, we’ll work on that, after all pets have anger too!
